Talents and Ideals

 Yesterday we discussed about talents and interests. This time I want to discuss about ideals. Like the previous article, I want to ask you what do you know about ideals ? What do you know ? I think, ideals is a desire that is followed by the hard efforts to make it happen. for example, I want to be an Illustrator, because I want to be an Illustrator, I often practice on drawing, not just the characters but also a situation in a place, nature etc.

Now you know a little about the definition of ideals right? Now, what is your ideals that you want it happen in the future? by the way, being a mother / father or grandmother / grandfather was not an ideals ( everyone also know it : p ), do you know the reason ? Because that may happen in our live. in the other hand, ideals sometimes what are we wanting isn't like what we're expecting . For example, I have an ideals to be an Illustrator, although I often practice with hard efforts, maybe in the future i will work that unrelated with illustration. it's because demands of times, or perhaps due to less need for an illustrator.

Last week, we discussing about talent, now i want to ask. Is there any connection between talents with ideals that we want it happen in the future? i think it have a connection. Why ? Because if we want to determine an ideals that we want it happen in the future, must be in accordance with the abilities or talents that we have, must not carelessly call it ( as in elementary school when the teacher ask me about what i want to be in the future, spontaneously i answer "i want to be a Doctor" (or a cop?) hehe ). even though the ideals must not related to talent as well, but at least most of the ideals linked to the talents of each individual. As the parents, they should help their children in deciding or finding what talents or abilities possessed by their children. then after the children can determine the talent he has, next is directing talent into ideals or help the child in improving the ability of talent possessed by they children.
